Before joining in 2023, I completed an MSc in Digital Marketing, building a solid foundation in data-driven decision-making. I naturally progressed into a performance-focused role, driven by my enthusiasm for interrogating data and implementing informed optimisations that deliver measurable impact.

What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
I've been lucky to have loads of amazing mentors over the years who have given great advice, but one that's always stuck with me is to be curious and that the most interesting person in the room is the one who's most interested.
What is your go-to productivity hack?
Nothing gets me through a big task like a high energy house set on Soundcloud. Whenever I need to lock in, you'll catch me with my headphones in and volume on full blast (need to start looking after my eardrums soon).
What is your controversial food opinion?
Every time I eat out at an Italian restaurant, I'm underwhelmed and feel like I can make it better at home. Where is the flavour please?!!
