My role as Finance & Operations Director is to ensure our internal engine is as high-performance as the campaigns we run for our clients, from invoicing and accounts to the forecasting that fuels our growth.
My second focus is our people, I lead talent and drive a wellbeing strategy to make MountDigital an amazing place to work. I'm here to keep our finances strong and our operations and processes agile.
