As Head of Data & Analytics, I lead the Data Insights team in designing end-to-end performance solutions that provide clear insight into Paid Media and SEO performance. I began my career in Paid Media and quickly moved into data, CRM consultancy and attribution - a background that shapes my consultative approach and ensures clients are set up to scale in line with their sales and marketing requirements.

What is the one tool or piece of software you couldn't do your job without?

I'm going to bend the rules here and choose two. 

1: HubSpot - For many of our clients, it's the single source of truth that gives context on which of our marketing efforts are actually working. It allows us to make strategic decisions based off true sales data. 

2: ScreamingFrog - My go to for most things technical SEO. Cheap and extremally cheerful!

 

What is your favourite type of music and why?

Controversial (especially when it's playing full beam in the office), it's drum n bass. The heavier, the dirtier, the better.

 

There's just something about it that makes me lock in, regardless if it's 7am or 5pm, I'll likely be listening to some form of DnB / Jungle / Bassline tune. I was brought up around dance music, with my parents often playing Ibiza trance classics, RatPack and The Prodigy.

 

Who is your biggest inspiration?

If I had to pick one, it's my Grandad. A lot of my most valuable life lessons and skills have come from growing up really close to him. Don't be late, invest your money carefully, always moan at the footie ref and most importantly, care for the people around you.

 

What is the top item on your bucket list right now?

I feel like my life is pretty structured, so I'd love to take a random flight to somewhere in Asia and spend a month travelling around. Nothing booked, nothing planned, just an outbound flight and some money!
