About This Role

As a Paid Media Executive, you will be implementing digital marketing campaigns from paid social and paid search.  You'll be joining our talented and ambitious team that thrives on generating incredible results for our clients.  You will use your digital marketing and analytical skills to develop and execute outstanding strategies, working in a vibrant, agile and friendly environment at the forefront of data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities 

• Taking a proactive role across the team’s client portfolio, ensuring that client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Take an active role in client meetings, assuming responsibility for keeping notes and summarising actions as necessary.  

• Work with the Strategy Team to help define and communicate the strategic direction for clients, driving long-term value for both clients and the business.

• Assist in the creation of data-driven case studies that showcase client success stories, supporting internal knowledge-sharing and external agency promotion.

• Support the team by conducting keyword research, technical audits, and performance tracking, ensuring data-driven insights contribute to organic growth strategies.

• Facilitate regular meetings with Managers to track personal and professional development progress.

• Work with your Manager on personal development plans, professional aspirations with the wider needs of the business.

• Work closely with your Manager to ensure that workload is balanced across the team, delegating upwards when valuable and pulling in the right support as necessary.
