Brand Interiors is a discount homeware retailer with ten stores across the North West and an eCommerce site.

WHAT THEY WANTED.

THE BRIEF


MountDigital were tasked with creating an integrated digital marketing campaign to extend Brand Interior’s reach beyond the North West to place it on the national retail map and, ultimately, boost revenue across its online and offline stores.

Campaign targets:

  • Increase average weekly in-store revenue by 10% YoY
  • Increase average weekly online revenue by 47% YoY

WHAT WE DID.

Our Approach


We worked closely with Brand Interiors’ in-house design team to develop a new lifestyle brand direction which was rolled out across all campaign activity.

We took a multi-channel approach – using pay-per-click, organic and paid social, email marketing and SEO – to ensure that Brand Interior’s online real estate was cleverly synchronised and working hard to attract new customers, drive repeat business, cross-sell goods, convert sales and increase footfall to the stores.

THE RESULTS


The campaign saw Brand Interior’s average weekly sales grow by an impressive 153% online (vs 47% target) and 16% in store (vs 10% target).

In addition, the organic Facebook activity saw page Likes grow from 4,516 to a staggering 20,950 within six months.

The campaign was so successful it went on to win the Best Integrated Campaign at the Northern Digital Awards 2018.
